Q: How much does it cost?
A: Promobilize and our business customers do not charge you a penny to use the service.  However, your carrier may charge you for outgoing and incoming text messages. Please consult your carrier to determine if and how much standard message rates are.

Q: How can I cancel a subscription and stop receiving messages from a Promobilize program?
A:
You may stop messages at any time by replying to a Promobilize text message with word 'STOP'. If you would prefer not to use your phone to unsubscribe, you can send an email message to
unsubscribe@promobilize.com 
and be sure to include your phone number and the list or lists you would like to be removed from.
